We are so happy that Ellie and her family told us about the mobile alarm pendant – it is such a great device. It had come up in conversation before Christmas and then I asked them again more about it and ordered one almost on the spot. I could not be happier with the product and service.

Works as advertised. Dad fell off his ladder again (even though he’s been banned from using it). He was pretty messed up however the mobile alarm sent us his position straight away. I was able to talk to him through his alarm pendant and realised he needed help straight away. It may have saved the day. This has been an awesome little gadget for Dad and my sisters. I really recommend it. Love how it works everywhere too, Cheers, Thom.

Mum has really taken to the alarm Pete. She has a habit of not answering the home phone so just being able to call her on the pendant has been great. She does seem to be more confident going out now too. It’s amazing what they think of, we’re really impressed. Thanks for everything.

As a multiple sclerosis sufferer living on my own, I was always nervous about having a fall and not being able to get help. I wear my Live Life mobile alarm wherever I go and know that I don’t have to worry anymore as I can reach my sister or carer easily if I need assistance.

I would like thank Live Life Mobile Alert for providing a tool that works. My 91-year old mother fell in the garden, fortunately on the lawn. When the fall alert went off, I called her on the device and she said she was OK but couldn’t get up. It took me 10 minutes to get there. By that time, the sprinklers had come on and she was soaked. We had a laugh about this however it could easily have turned out very badly. It sometimes goes off accidentally when her little dog knocks it but we’re more than happy to check up on her, in the event it’s another real alarm.

Since I’ve had my LiveLife 3G mobile alert, I feel really safe because I don’t have to have my husband or friends come with me when I go out by myself. It’s taken a little while to get used to this feeling of freedom & independence. I also feel safe at home if I don’t want to go out. My husband / Carer has also gained some independence. He doesn’t feel like he has to stay with me just in case I either fall or hurt myself & with suffering from many conditions, it’s been hard on him because he felt like he had to be around me all the time. For both of us, having the alarm pendant has opened many opportunities. It has really opened up our lives.

Can you send some brochures guys as the Doctor needs a bunch because I showed him the alarm in action with Mum and he couldn’t believe it. He thinks everyone should have one of these. Mum was in hospital for five weeks after a serious fall and they told her she couldn’t go back to live one the farm. Well she lives on the farm now! These things are just brilliant. Mum used to have one of those old fashioned alarms but it was basically useless because as soon as she walked past the letterbox they never worked. So she’d stay at home all the time. With this we can contact her and see where she is – amazing. regards, Tony

Mum had a bad fall and couldn’t get up just two days after we received the Mobile Alarm and she pressed the button and we had her rescued in less than 15 minutes. If we hadn’t had the alarm then it would have been the next day that the neighbour would have gone to check on her. So it’s been absolutely fantastic. So clever and so good for Mum and all of us kids too.

Pete it’s just fantastic. I showed it to all the other nurses and they were like “oh my goodness, that’s incredible”. Such a funky design too isn’t it. This is going to be amazing for the carers and nurses. And I just love how we can call the pendant so easily. Think of all the falls that won’t happen rushing to the phone. Wow. Just superb.

My husband is in the early stages of Alzheimers. He continues to enjoy riding his bike and I used to get very worried as he would sometimes have difficulty finding his way home. Getting him the Live Life mobile alarm was the best thing we have done as now I can readily find out quickly where he is. He recently went out cycling and was gone for some time so I called him on his mobile alarm pendant. Not only could I talk with him but the mobile alarm sent me an automatic return text showing his exact location on Google Maps. This has given me so much confidence now and allows him to continue doing what he loves.
