The LiveLife Mobile Pendant is a simple, modern personal safety device you can wear anywhere. Whether at home, in the garden, at the shops, or visiting friends, it keeps you connected to support anywhere there's mobile signal in Australia. No base unit. No complicated setup. Just reliable and simple to use protection.

This fall detection device pendant with smart motion sensors continuously monitor your movements and can detect a hard fall. If you're unable to press the SOS button, the pendant can automatically call your chosen contacts and send your precise GPS location—so help reaches you quickly.

The advanced sensors use Bluetooth, GPS, and WiFi technology to accurately determine your location. Your emergency contacts receive a text message with a Google Maps link showing exactly where you are, accurate to approximately 2 metres.

In an emergency, simply press and hold the SOS button. The pendant will call your contacts and let you talk to them directly through the built-in speaker and microphone—no phone needed, no extra steps, no confusion.

The quality and clarity of the 2-way voice is exceptional. Anyone who knows the mobile number of the pendant can call it and it will answer in speakerphone mode, allowing hands-free communication through the showerproof pendant.

The LiveLife Alarm features a smart voice guide that "talks" you through your emergency, helping you stay calm and informed. Voice alerts are available in 16 language options including English (default), Mandarin, Cantonese, Greek, Italian, Vietnamese, Korean, Urdu, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Hindi, German, French, Filipino, and Arabic.

All voice alerts are crystal clear and have been pre-recorded by native vocal artists. The alarm avoids voicemail and guides you through the emergency sequence, ensuring your call reaches a real person who can help.

The pendant uses the full Telstra 4GX mobile network, covering 99% of Australia's population. This ensures the best possible indoor and outdoor mobile signal strength, giving you reliable connectivity when you need it most.

Unlike traditional home-based alarms, the LiveLife Mobile Pendant works anywhere with mobile coverage. No need to worry about NBN compatibility or being tied to your home. Take it with you wherever you go.

The pendant can call up to 6 friends or family members (and can also call 000) until someone answers. It cycles through your contact list automatically, ensuring that help is reached even if the first person doesn't pick up.

At the same time the pendant makes calls, it sends text messages to all your emergency contacts with your exact location on Google Maps. This means multiple people are alerted simultaneously, increasing the chances of getting help quickly.

"I purchased this alarm for my mother, who is now 91 years of age as she had several falls, It was great help, giving my brother and I extra security knowing that if something happened, the alarm would go off, it took some time for her to adjust to this. But it definitely works and can be programmed to several contacts.Mum tried the watch but the pendant seemed a better option for her. It is waterproof but mum still won’t wear it in the shower. I would recommend this device. The USB cable is great when travelling away from the base station."

How does the fall detection work?

The pendant uses advanced sensors to detect sudden movements and impacts consistent with a fall. If a fall is detected, it automatically triggers an alert to your emergency contacts and provides your GPS location. You can also manually trigger an alert by pressing the button.

Does it work everywhere in Australia?

Yes! The LiveLife Pendant uses the 4GX mobile network, works wherever there is available Mobile signal and covers 98.8% of Australia’s population. It works both indoors and outdoors, at home or when you're out and about.

How long does the battery last?

The battery typically lasts 4-5 days on a single charge, depending on usage. The pendant will send low battery alerts to your emergency contacts, and it comes with a convenient charging dock for easy overnight charging.

Is it waterproof? Can I wear it in the shower?

Yes! The pendant has IP67 water resistance rating, making it fully showerproof. Many falls happen in the bathroom, so you can wear it with confidence while showering or bathing. However, it should not be submerged in water for extended periods.

Are there any ongoing monthly fees?

The $567 purchase includes 12 months of emergency calls and texts with no extra fees. After the first year, there's a $90 yearly fee which covers the cost of unlimited emergency calls and texts for another year. If your circumstances change and you need 24/7 professional monitoring, then we can set that up for you. The cost is $39 per month however you can switch between family and friends monitoring and professional monitoring whenever you like.

How many emergency contacts can I add?

You can add up to 6 emergency contacts. 000 can be a contact. Usually, we will have pre-programmed your emergency contacts into your LiveLife Alarm prior to you receiving the device. It's easy to change the contacts whenever you like as well. When the alarm is triggered, it will call each contact in sequence until someone answers, ensuring you always get help when you need it.
