Delivery Policy

Mobile alarm delivery policy
22 April: We have been experiencing a high volume of orders which may mean you experience a short delay in the delivery of your Live Life Alarm. Please be assured we are working very hard to ensure you receive your alarm as quickly as possible. If your order is urgent, please call our Sales Team on 1800 936 774 option 1. LiveLife Alarms will send your goods free via Australia Post ‘EParcel’ which is usually next day delivery to most parts of Australia.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY or PayPal containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.

A tracking number will be supplied via email upon dispatch. If no-one is at the delivery address at the time a card will be left in the letterbox. The parcel will be then made available for collection at the local post office.
