Mobile alarm delivery policy – 26 March 2020
We are seeing a higher than normal number of orders due to increased numbers of people becoming prepared for possible self isolation. Recently, we’ve also experienced a delay sourcing our antennas onto our assembly line, which is solved but has caused a backlog. We are working overtime to meet demand. We are now expecting a 5-7 day delay on being able to ship your alarm. We will keep you updated if further delays occur, which are not expected. Please be patient with us as we do our best to program and send your mobile alarm in this fluid and difficult time for global shipping and production. As soon as we can, LiveLife Alarms will send your goods free via Australia Post ‘EParcel’ which is usually next day delivery to most parts of Australia.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY or PayPal containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.
A tracking number will be supplied via email upon dispatch. If no-one is at the delivery address at the time a card will be left in the letterbox. The parcel will be then made available for collection at the local post office.
