Mobile alarm delivery policy
Most alarms are programmed and shipped the same day via Australia Post. Others are shipped the next day. You should receive your Live Life Alarm within 1 or 2 days of ordering. If your order is urgent, please call our Sales Team on 1800 936 774 option 1. LiveLife Alarms will send your goods free via Australia Post ‘EParcel’.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY or PayPal containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.
A tracking number will be supplied via email upon dispatch. If no-one is at the delivery address at the time, Australia Post should send you SMS or email with details about the parcel pickup. The parcel will be then made available for collection at the local post office.
