With no lock-in contracts, the LiveLife Professional Monitoring model is designed to be flexible. New and existing customers can opt into the monitored model for as little as one month before returning to the family and friends model. This is perfect for when your family and friends are not available, for example, during holidays. For those needing ongoing support, we offer discounts for bulk payments (three or more months in advance).
What is a professionally monitored model?
On the professionally monitored model, your personal alarm connects you to a monitoring centre. When activated, the alarm alerts the operators, who are ready to assist 24/7. These operators have access to your essential personal information, like your address, emergency contacts, and medical records, which is crucial for providing the best support. In medical emergencies, this information can be shared with the ambulance staff to ensure you receive appropriate care.

How does it work?
Activation
Press the SOS button on your alarm if you feel unwell. The alarm will also activate automatically when a fall is detected.
Assessment
Within 60 seconds, a team member will contact you through your alarm. They will verify your location and ask if you require assistance. In case of a false alarm, simply inform the team member. We will be happy to know that you are okay.
Assistance
If help is required, a team member will contact your next of kin or send an ambulance. Our monitoring centre supports conference calls, so you can have a three-way conversation with the operator and the Emergency Services.
Ongoing Support
We stay on the line with you until help arrives. Then, we will notify your next of kin if you are taken to the hospital, even if they are interstate or overseas. If you are unable to speak, we will know that help is needed and will send an ambulance to your location.
